BioMs. Wilhemina Harker, widowed.
She introduces herself as Mina Murray, her maiden name.
She is a contrast of Victorian propriety and women's liberation independence, made possible by the fact that she's a vampiress. She has roan-red hair and green eyes, a cool demeanor and sharp wit. She tends to conceal as much of herself as she can, but occasionally her wit gets the better of her, and she has to make an audibly gentle if ascerbically caustic remark.
Well-versed in the beginnings of chemistry, she thinks logically. Little strangeness will set her back, but frank personal regard has the ability to do so, when unexpected.
When angered, she will move and act decisively, allowing none to dissuade her. Fortunately, her iron will prevents what could have otherwise become a violent, beastial personality.
In private, she may wear a white men's shirt and tie with her full-length dress. In public, there will always be a jacket over such attire, concealing most of it. She is still in official mourning for her dead husband, gone now for years.
She has the ability to fly, wholly or partially turn into a swarm of bats, to summon bats, shrug off any damage that does not impale her heart (and that is only unhealed for as long as the item remains in her chest), has extraordinary strength (that she is always at pains to conceal and control). When she is about to use these abilities (aside from the strength), there is a soft animal growling, much like a lion's. Her sclera turn red from eyelid to eyelid. It is at this time that she loses her normal iron-clad control over herself.
For her, the year is 1900.

She is not my creation, nor do I make any claim to the rights therein, etc. etc. etc. While the origin of Ms. Harker is in Bram Stoker's Dracula novel, the canon for this incarnation is mostly the movie, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.
Having done some more reading (finally acquired book II of the League comics, and re-read Dracula several times), I have expanded the canon for her as follows:
From the League comics, the estrangement between Johnathan and Mina Harker, which led to the (movie historical) death. His death is never placed, chronologically. Combined with the estrangement in the comics, I altered the book Dracula from about chapter 21 on, the night Dracula is caught feeding his blood to her. From that point on, I borrow from my limited psychology information to have the men in her life (Johnathan and the others) turn on her in the well-known "blame the rape victim" mentality. Without the network of their love around her to stabilize her, she doesn't try to plumb Dracula's mind at the times of vulnerability.
Because she cannot feed them information, they are unable to catch Dracula before he gets to the castle. With this delay, and because Dracula told the heroes that he would call her one night, and she would answer, I posit that it happened, and she was turned before they get there, in time to be a full-fledged vampire when they arrive.
In the confrontation that followed, they destroyed Dracula while Mina hid, watching. She fled before they could search for her. Eventually, she ended up back in London.
The Szgany stormed the party on their way home, killing them all. Or at least, this is what Mina surmises, as they never retuned to London. As Johnathan left her everything in his will, she is now an independent and well-off woman. The law business Johnathan owned is now hers, but she leaves the management to one of the employees.
From the comics, I retain her occasional waspish nature and number of outfits, as well as what has been indicated above.)
